Processing and Delivery

All orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days (not including holidays). If your order is placed on a weekend it will then be processed the next business day. 

If your order includes a preorder item, this will affect the processing times.

Transit times are estimated at check out but not guaranteed. 

We can not be held responsible for any delays due to shipping and or customs. 

 

Preorder Items

If your order contains a preorder item, the order will not ship until the item becomes available.

Estimated ship dates can be found in the product description of the preorder item.

Please plan accordingly when purchasing a preorder item. 

United States Shipping

Free USA shipping on all orders $50 or more!

We offer domestic shipping options via USPS and UPS. 

Please note, we can only ship to PO Boxes using USPS.  

International Shipping

International shipping times can vary between 5-20 business days depending on delivery location and shipping option.

Please see estimated costs and transit times at checkout. Transit times are estimated but not guaranteed.

All international orders will include end to end tracking, duties and taxes. 

We offer international shipping options from UPS and DHL.

 

Taxes and Duties

Please note that any applicable taxes and duties will be calculated at checkout. This ensures you know the total cost of your order upfront, avoiding any surprises upon delivery.

Once an order is fulfilled, we are unable to provide refunds on duties, customs fees, or VAT.
